Innovation Composites PL was formed to meet an immediate need for specialist high quality composite manufacturing and repair in the marine industry.

Developing from this start point our core capability evolved to specialise in the construction of all composite parts, full assemblies, patterns, tooling and moulds.

To do this as effectively as possible we incorporate related and complementary processes that add value to our offering while maintaining a flat management structure. This includes CAD CAM production of patterns and moulds, 3-D design consultation and information translation, and project management focus.

Our staff are at the heart of our capability and allow us to cover a very broad range of composite technologies from polyester/E-glass to heat cured epoxy carbon products, handmade to CNC machined pattern making, basic fibreglass to multimillion dollar assemblies. Their wide ranging skills and diverse talents allow for considerable cross process utilisation and flexibility.
